A marina community's rentals
Burned Store Marina wraps one of the largest deepwater basins in Southwest Florida, with a golf course, condos, single-family builds, and a busy dry-storage and dock operation off Burned Store Road. Marine and dock contractors want a standard unit and a handwashing station at the work barge or the seawall, while a yacht-club gathering or a community event leans toward the climate-controlled restroom trailer for a cleaner feel.
New home construction inside the gates keeps a steady demand for jobsite units, and we match the mix to the phase, from slab through finish trades.
Getting through the gate and onto the pad
Access runs through a manned gate, so we need the resident or contractor to leave our driver's name and the delivery window at the guardhouse. Inside, the roads are well paved, but new-build lots can be raw fill that turns soft after a harbor squall, so we set units on a compacted pad or the driveway where the service truck returns without trouble.
For placement that edges a community right-of-way or a common area, clear it with the HOA first, and note a right-of-way or encroachment permit may apply near the county road.
Boating season and storm exposure
The marina fills through the winter boating and golf season, and we tighten service on any public or clubhouse units so they never fall behind the crowd. Sitting right on open Charlotte Harbor, the community is exposed to storms, so after a system we stage extra units and handwashing stations for seawall, dock, and roof crews and keep a close service rhythm.
Between the builds, the boating traffic, and the repair work, the marina keeps us busy year-round, and we plan each order so units land inside the gate on the day the crew or the club expects them.
