A busy south-Lee crossroads
San Carlos Park runs the grid of numbered streets between US-41 and I-75, close to Florida Gulf Coast University and the warehouse and distribution corridor along Alico Road. Home builders filling the interior lots take a standard unit and a handwashing station, warehouse and site crews on Alico keep units at the staging yard, and a student move-in weekend or a park event runs on deluxe flushing units.
It's a fast-growing pocket with steady construction, so we keep the area on a firm route and can add units quickly as a build ramps up.
Getting a unit to the lot or yard
The residential grid is easy to reach, but new-build lots are often raw fill that softens after a summer storm, so we set units on a compacted pad or the driveway where the service truck returns cleanly. Warehouse sites along Alico usually have paved staging with plenty of room, and we place units at the gate out of the truck traffic.
If a placement edges US-41, Alico Road, or a county right-of-way, check with the county first, since a right-of-way or encroachment permit may apply.
Season and campus rhythm
The university calendar drives part of the demand, with move-in, gameday, and semester events lifting activity near campus, and we scale unit counts and service to match those weekends. Summer is hot, wet, and storm-prone, so we shorten pump-outs on busy construction units and can stage extra capacity for warehouse projects or storm cleanup along the corridor.
Between the campus calendar, the warehouse corridor, and the steady home construction, demand here rarely slows, and we plan each order so the right units land at the lot, the yard, or the event on the day they are needed.
